Chicken Breasts Supreme

  1. Combine flour, salt and paprika.
  2. Coat chicken; brown in butter.
  3. Add water; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
  4. Save pan drippings.
  5. Arrange chicken in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch bake dish.
  6. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup half and half.
  7. Stir into pan drippings. Over low heat, stir in remaining half and half, lemon juice, onion, lemon peel and ginger.
  8. Cook until thickened; pour over chicken.
  9. Cover; bake for 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven until cheese melts.
  11. Serves 6.
