Oven Stroganoff

  1. Cook meat in 1 tablespoon butter until it loses its red color. Add onions.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Place into casserole.
  4. Melt remaining butter in saucepan.
  5. Blend in flour.
  6. Add bouillon cubes, hot water, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire and ketchup.
  7. Cook until thick.
  8. Beat in sour cream.
  9. Pour mixture over meat.
  10. Cool; cover and refrigerate.
  11. The day of dinner:
  12. Bake in oven at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  13. Serves 4 to 6.
