Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies With Yogurt Covered Raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl mix the coconut oil with the sugars. Add the eggs and the vanilla. Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in the oats, then fold in the raisins, cranberries and walnuts.
  3. Drop spoonfuls onto a 12 by 12 inch baking sheet. Make sure the scoops of dough are at least an inch or two apart as these cookies will spread while baking.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
