Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Drain fruit, save 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice.
  2. Cut peaches in 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Combine fruit, marshmallows and ginger.
  4. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  5. Heat pineapple juice to boiling.
  6. Add gelatin; stir to dissolve.
  7. Add orange juice and lemon juice, sugar and salt; stir to dissolve.
  8. Chill.
