Hamburger Soup

  1. Brown beef and onions over medium heat.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Return to soup pot and add next 8 ingredients (tomatoes, water, bouillon, salt, pepper, bay leaf, celery and Worcestershire sauce).
  4. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables, noodles and thyme.
  6. Bring to a boil, simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
