Pear And Blue Cheese Salad In Cider Vinaigrette Dressing
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped

- FOR THE SALAD:
- 4 cups Lettuce Greens (I Use Romaine And Savoy)
- 1 whole Pear, Thinly Sliced
- 4 Tablespoons Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/3 cups Walnut Pieces, Toasted
- Mix oil, cider vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic together in a salad dressing shaker to create the Cider Vinaigrette. Let sit while mixing the rest of the ingredients to create the salad. Generously pour dressing over salad immediately before serving.
