Veggie Pie

  1. Saute
  2. mushrooms,
  3. onion,
  4. green
  5. pepper
  6. and squash in margarine
  7. and
  8. garlic
  9. salt.
  10. In 14-inch Dutch oven, place an inverted tin
  11. or
  12. aluminumtie plate on bottom of Dutch oven. Put pie shell in second pie
  13. plate
  14. ontop
  15. of
  16. inverted
  17. pie plate. In separate bowl mix
  18. cheeses.
  19. Put
  20. tomatoes
  21. in
  22. pie shell. Sprinkle 1 cup of
  23. cheese
  24. mix
  25. over tomatoes.
  26. Spread vegetable mix over cheese.
  27. Mix
  28. the mayonnaise with remaining cheese and spread on the top.take until golden brown with 14 coals on the top and 8 coals on the bottom.
