Bruschetta Italian Pasta Salad
- 3 cups Cooked Pasta (rotini, Penne, Etc.)
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Wishbone Bruchetta Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes Or Chunks Of Whole Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Chopped Celery
- 1/3 cups Chopped Red Onion
- 1 cup Pitted Black Olives, Halved
- Cook enough pasta so that you'll have 3 cups after cooking. Cook according to package instructions. When it's done, rinse in cold water and drain again. Put the pasta into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and wine vinegar with bottled dressing. Add it into the bowl of drained pasta. Set aside.
- Add tomatoes, celery, red onion and black olives to pasta and dressing.
- Toss to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
- Chill for several hours or overnight.
- Note: I love a pasta salad with flavor, and this dressing is the best I've ever had. And it's so simple to throw together!
