Breakfast Or Supper Casserole
- 1 lb. Pork Sausage or Ground Turkey
- 10 slices White Bread, cubed
- 2 c. (8 oz.) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 6 large Eggs
- 2 c. Milk
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Cook sausage or turkey in skillet over medium heat, stirring until crumbles and no longer pink, drain well.
- Place bread cubes in lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the bread, top with sausage or turkey.
- Whisk together the eggs and remaining ingredients.
- Pour over sausage or turkey mixture.
- Cover and chill casserole for 8 hours.
- Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes until set.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
- Makes 6-8 serving.
