Light Cream Of Broccoli Soup

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  3. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add broccoli and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Cook until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated.
  5. Garnish each serve with 1/2 teaspoon shredded cheese.
  6. Makes 4 servings; 166 calories per cup; 3.1 grams of fat.
