Turkey & Cranberry Lettuce Wraps

  1. For the dressing:
  2. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and thyme together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. For the filling:
  4. In a medium bowl, mix turkey, celery, walnuts and cranberries. Add dressing and mix to combine.
  5. Fill the lettuce leaves with the turkey salad. Garnish with grapes and persimmons.
