All-Day-Long Crock-Pot Beef

  1. Cut beef roast into serving-sized portions.
  2. Brown beef in a bit of vegetable oil, although you can skip this step if rushed for time.
  3. Slice onion and separate into rings.
  4. Dice the peeled carrots, dice the celery and slice the peppers into thin strips or circles.
  5. Place these into bottom of crock-pot.
  6. Sprinkle beef pieces with black pepper, minced garlic and onion soup mix.
  7. Place on top of vegetables.
