Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls
- 1 lb. cheese, grated (1/2 lb. Mozzarella and 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- Crumble sausage in a skillet and fry until done, but not hard. Stir occasionally while frying to keep crumbled fine.
- Put sausage into a colander and let drain. Cool.
- Spray a baking pan, 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch, with Pam and unroll the crescent rolls in the pan in 2 strips. Pinch together the middle seam and perforated places. Spread with fingers to cover bottom of pan.
- Crumble sausage over the roll crust evenly. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, milk, salt and oregano together and pour this egg mixture as evenly as possible over the cheese. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let pizza set for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve hot.
