Lovely Little Chocolate Bundtlettes

  1. Mix all batter ingredients together, adding the chocolate chips last. Batter will be pudding-like. Pour evenly into greased bundtlette pans. I vastly prefer Pam for Baking to ensure they come out clean and easy every time. Bake at 350F for 17- 18 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Recipe will make 12 mini bundt cakes. (Bake for 45- 50 minutes for a regular bundt cake.)
  2. Cool completely before frosting.
  3. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Add food coloring as desired. Place in a pastry bag with a large round decorator tip and pipe in loops around the bundtlettes.
