Berry Poppyseed Salad
- 1 whole Head Of Romaine
- 1 cup Chopped Spinich
- 3 whole Green Onions
- 4 Tablespoons Good Quality Strawberry Or Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing
- 1 whole Large Orange (or 3 Mandarin Oranges)
- 1 pint Strawberries
- 1/4 cups Heaping Blueberries
- 1 whole Handful Of Walnuts (optional)
- Cut romaine and spinach into small pieces and wash. Shake off or drain excess water. Chop green onions. Put these veggies into a large salad bowl. Combine and toss with dressing. Divide between two or three plates.
- Peel orange/mandarins and slice through the middle and into small chunks, while also cutting off any pulp. Hull strawberries and chop.
- Divide orange pieces, strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts between the plates.
- This salad is also great with chicken. Prepare ahead of time and season. Enjoy!
