Snickerdoodle Cupcakes
- FOR CUPCAKES
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Cream Of Tartar

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and sour cream together.
- In separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar.
- Combine all the above ingredients.
- Using a scoop, i.e. large cookie scoop, ice cream scoop, etc... Scoop out a portion of cupcake mixture. Drop mixture into a bowl of the 1 Cup Sugar + 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon. Roll dough ball around in mixture until well coated.
- Drop dough ball into Greased Muffin Tins.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Mmm, mmm, good. They look, smell and taste just like a Snickerdoodle Cookie! Would be good with a dollop of Buttercream Frosting on top too.
