(White) Chocolate Pancakes

  1. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add in the white chocolate chips.
  2. Beat the eggs and vanilla together and stir in the corn syrup, milk, and butter until blended.
  3. Pour liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients, stirring thoroughly. When it looks like a milk shake, you're good to go.
  4. Drop batter in 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot buttered griddle. Make sure you have plenty of bubbles before you flip these, since the batter is dark and tougher to judge when it is getting fully cooked.
