Homemade Kit Kat Bars
- 1 box Club Crackers
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 1/3 cups White Sugar
- 2/3 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- Line an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan with a layer of crackers.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, milk and white sugar.
- Bring to a boil, then continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour 1/2 of mixture evenly over crackers.
- Put another layer of crackers on top, then pour remaining sauce on those crackers.
- Top with one last layer of crackers.
- In a new saucepan, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and melt over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over crackers.
- Chill for at least one hour and then cut into bars.
- Store in fridge.
