Butt-Kickin’ Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 whole Diced Hot Peppers
- 2 cloves Diced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Diced Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1 package Hamburger Buns (4 Or More)
- 1 package Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese (4 Or More Slices)
- Mix together all ingredients. (Depending on the peppers, gloves might be a good idea.) Adjust the 'heat' of the burgers by putting more or less Tabasco sauce and varying peppers.
- Form into 5 burgers (or 4 if you like larger burgers) and grill as normal. If you like cheese, you can also melt a slice of pepper jack cheese on top. A toasted bun also adds to the deliciousness.
- I live in Wisconsin, and even in the frozen tundra it is simply wrong to cook burgers on anything other than a grill outdoors. Even in the middle of winter you can see a few brave soles grilling out in the snow bank behind their house. If you cook these indoors, please - in the name of all things holy - never tell me. It's just... not right.
