Strawberry Pretzel Delight

  1. 1) Heat oven to 350F.
  2. 2) Mix pretzel crumbs 1/4 Cup sugar, and butter. Press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
  3. 3) Beat cream cheese, 1/4 Cup sugar & milk until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust. Refrigerate.
  4. 4) Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until it's all dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (not firm!). Stir in strawberries; spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours until firm.
