Baked Fish With Cornbread Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Cut partially thawed fish into 4 portions.
  3. In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
  4. Add onion and celery and saute.
  5. Add water and contents of vegetable seasoning packet from stuffing mix package.
  6. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, then stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Spoon dressing into individual oven-proof dishes or shallow 1-quart casserole.
