Spicy Southwest Soup
- 2 pounds Ground Beef Or Turkey
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 can (28 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Chunky Salsa
- 2 packages (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 2 packages (1 Oz. Packet) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Pinto Beans
- 2 cups Frozen Corn
- 3 cups Water To Cover Soup

- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- Chopped Avocado
- Sour Cream
- Cilantro, Chopped
- Shredded Cheese
- Lime Wedges
- Chop onion pretty finely. In a large pot, cook meat and onions until meat is fully cooked and onions are soft but not browned. Use medium heat and stir often. Add in the remaining soup ingredients. Stir and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls and top with garnishes of choice!
