Sausage And Beans
- 2 (No. 10) cans each: butter beans, navy beans, pinto beans, Great Northern beans, black-eyed peas
- 1 lb. each: smoked sausage, kielbasa, bratwurst, Italian sausage
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. ground dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- Melt margarine in skillet.
- Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until slightly tender.
- Slice all sausages and add to skillet.
- Saute lightly.
- Combine with all remaining ingredients in large roasting pan.
- Stir.
- Place in 350u0b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
