Veggie Pizza
- 2 large cans crescent rolls
- 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cauliflower flowerets
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Unroll crescent dough, leaving it in one piece and place on 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet, stretching and spreading to cover entire bottom of cookie sheet, pinching together any holes.
- Bake until golden brown according to crescent instruction.
- Cool and set aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing until smooth and creamy.
- Spread on cooled crescent crust. Sprinkle cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and mushrooms on top of spread.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
