Fall Slaw With Tahini Maple Dressing

  1. Shred apples and place in a bowl. Top with juice from 1/2 lemon. Peel and shred carrots, rutabaga, and kohlrabi. Add to apples and stir. Chop celery, stir into mixture. Add cranberries and walnuts or pumpkin seeds, stir to combine.
  2. Dressing: Whisk together tahini, water, juice from whole lemon, maple syrup and salt. Pour over veggie/apple mixture. Stir.
