Cabbage Slaw
- 1 package Ramen Noodles (any Flavor But I Prefer Chicken)
- 1/2 heads Cabbage Chopped
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 3 Scallions, Minced
- 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Slivered Almonds
- DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar (but I Often Add 3 TBSP)
- 3 Tablespoons White Vinegar (but I Often Add 4 TBSP)
- Seasong Packet From The Ramen Noondles
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- Break up the ramen into small pieces and add them to a large bowl. Add the cabbage, carrots, scallions, sunflower seeds, and almonds. Stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, add the sugar, vinegar, and seasoning packet from the ramen noodles then whisk to combine. Slowly add the oil while continuing to whisk vigorously.
- Add the dressing immediately before serving and stir to combine. If you add the dressing too early, the salad may lose its wonderful crunch.
