Orange Pineapple Delight Salad

• 1 sm. pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
• 1 sm. pkg. orange Jell-O
• 2 lg. cans pineapple, crushed (save juice)
• 2 lg. bananas, sliced
• 1 c. pecans, chopped
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. butter
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
• 2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
• coconut (optional)

1. Mix Jell-O per box instructions and allow to partially jell. Add drained pineapple, bananas, and nuts.
2. Allow to completely jell.
3. Mix 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 beaten egg, and 2 tablespoons flour.
4. Cook slowly until slightly thickened.
5. Add softened cream cheese while mixture is still warm.
6. When cool, add 8 ounces of Cool Whip and spread over Jell-O.
7. You may also add miniature marshmallows to the Jell-O if you like, and sprinkle coconut over top to make pretty.
