Chocolate Chunk Brownies With Walnuts And Frosting
- 1 box Brownie Mix (21 Ounce Box, I Usually Use Betty Crocker With Chocolate Chunks)
- Additional Required Ingredients Specified In Mix Package (typically Water, Eggs And Oil)
- 1 cup Coarsely Ground Walnuts
- 1 can Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting (Betty Crocker Makes The Best One, 12 Ounce Tub)
- 1/4 cups Coarsely Chopped Walnuts (optional)
- Note: I typically use the Betty Crocker Brownie Mix that includes chocolate chunks. If not available, just use a regular 21 ounce box and add a heaping 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
- Mix brownies according to package directions - add in the additional required ingredients specified in mix package (typically water, eggs and oil)and also add chocolate chunks (if necessary) and ground walnuts.
- Bake in a 13" x 9" pan according to package directions. Cool completely in pan.
- Frost with whipped milk chocolate frosting and sprinkle with 1/4 - 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts (optional).
