Chocolate Chunk Brownies With Walnuts And Frosting

  1. Note: I typically use the Betty Crocker Brownie Mix that includes chocolate chunks. If not available, just use a regular 21 ounce box and add a heaping 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
  2. Mix brownies according to package directions - add in the additional required ingredients specified in mix package (typically water, eggs and oil)and also add chocolate chunks (if necessary) and ground walnuts.
  3. Bake in a 13" x 9" pan according to package directions. Cool completely in pan.
  4. Frost with whipped milk chocolate frosting and sprinkle with 1/4 - 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts (optional).
