Cream Cheese Delight
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
- Combine flour, brown sugar, margarine and pecans in bowl; mix well.
- Press into 9-inch square baking dish.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Chill in refrigerator.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
- Prepare whipped topping using package directions.
- Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread in chilled crust.
- Chill until serving time.
- Spread with pie filling.
- Garnish with additional whipped topping.
- May substitute cherry or strawberry pie filling for blueberry.
- Yield: 12 servings.
