French Onion Soup(Ultra Low-Fat)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, brown onions until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle flour over onions and continue browning and stirring.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, water, Molly McButter, wine, salt and black pepper.
  5. Add onions and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Pour soup into individual bowls; top with 1 slice of toast and 1 slice of cheese.
  7. Warm at 375u0b0 until cheese starts to melt.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Recipe makes 6 servings.
