Drumstick Treat Frozen Dessert
- 2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs, divided
- 1 c. finely crushed Spanish peanuts
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 4 c. whipped topping, divided
- 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs, peanuts and melted margarine. Set aside 1/4 cup for the topping.
- Pat the rest into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add 2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Set in refrigerator.
- Combine pudding and 3 cups milk.
- Beat well.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Spread remaining 2 cups of whipped topping over pudding layer.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of crumb topping.
- Cover with foil and freeze. Serve partially frozen.
