Chocolate Crazy Cake
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Cold Water
- 2/3 cups Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 3 teaspoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with baking spray.
- Add the dry ingredients (flour through salt) directly into the pan and stir to combine with a fork. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix until smooth and all of the dry ingredients have been incorporated. Be sure to spread the batter into the corners.
- Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
- Remove pan from oven and set it on a cooling wrack. Once cooled, frost cake as you wish. I like to use chocolate frosting from a tub. Don't judge me.
