Green Chili Burrito Casserole
- 3 or 4 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 15 flour tortillas (regular size)
- 1 large can green chilies, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. pkg. Co-Jack, shredded
- Put 2 cans chicken soup in saucepan.
- Add 1 can of water.
- Add green chilies and heat up.
- In skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain grease from meat and add refried beans and chili beans.
- Mix well.
- Take tortillas, put meat mixture in middle and make a layer of burritos in long cake pan.
- Pour 1/2 soup mixture on top of layer.
- Make rest of burritos; lay on top of first layer.
- Pour remaining soup mixture.
- Top with cheeses.
- Heat in oven at 375u0b0 until cheese melts.
