Oreo Cookie Dessert
- 35 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tub nondairy whipped topping
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 1/4 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- Mix crushed cookies and margarine in medium bowl. Press firmly into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons milk in medium bowl until smooth. Gently stir in the 1 1/4 cups whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- Pour 3 1/4 cups milk into a large bowl.
- Add pudding mixes. Beat with
- a wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour over cream cheese layer.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding. Spread to cover pudding. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares.
- Just before serving, garnish with whole Oreo cookies. Makes 16 to 18 servings.
