Seashell Pasta Salad
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium shell pasta
- 1 (28 oz.) can Hunt's choice cut tomatoes
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cubed
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced black olives
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
- Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
- My personal preference is Pietros Italian dressing.
