Ham- And Apple-Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms, and finely chop stems. In a large bowl, toss mushroom caps with olive oil to coat; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, saute mushroom stems, apple and shallot in butter until tender. Stir in the ham, bread crumbs, pecans, parsley, mustard and pepper; heat through.
  3. Stuff into mushroom caps. Place on a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
