Rotis De Porc A La Boulangere(A La Maison Linda)
- 1 (5 lb.) pork loin (center cut, bone in)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 c. coarsely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- snipped parsley
- 1 small steak (per person)
- 1 slice Mozzarella cheese
- crab meat (approximately 1/4 c. per steak)
- 2 lb. flank steak
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. red wine (I use a cheap hearty Burgundy)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, diced
- ground pepper
- Place steak in marinating dish or other dish which seals well. Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak.
- Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours (best overnight), turning the meat over about 1/2 way through the marinating time. Broil about 3-inches from heat, basting frequently.
- Depending on the thickness of the meat and how you like meat cooked, it should take about 10 minutes on each side.
- Slice thinly on the diagonal.
