Rotis De Porc A La Boulangere(A La Maison Linda)

  1. Place steak in marinating dish or other dish which seals well. Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak.
  2. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours (best overnight), turning the meat over about 1/2 way through the marinating time. Broil about 3-inches from heat, basting frequently.
  3. Depending on the thickness of the meat and how you like meat cooked, it should take about 10 minutes on each side.
  4. Slice thinly on the diagonal.
