Eggs V2.02

  1. Cook frozen spinach; don't overcook, and drain well.
  2. Get a large frying pan and saute lots of crushed garlic in real butter, if your conscience and doctor permits, garlic puree is okay.
  3. Did I mention the bacon?
  4. Cook a pound very crispy.
  5. Half will be used in this great dish, the other 8 ounces will be nibbled by you and the inevitable onlookers, believe me.
  6. Beat 6 eggs, with a little milk and add to the spinach in that large frying pan that has the great smelling warm garlic.
  7. Now comes the Parmesan cheese which you should just keep adding and adding until your innate wisdom says enough.
  8. Add some salt, pepper and the drained and crumbled bacon. Taste and cook, cook and taste.
