Giant Shells With Meat
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- salt and pepper
- a little parsley
- 16 giant shells
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- In frying pan, brown ground beef and onion in oil.
- In a bowl, combine beef and onion with bread crumbs, eggs, Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
- In the meantime, cook shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each shell with meat filling.
- In baking dish, spread sauce on the bottom.
- Arrange filled shells in single layer.
- Pour remaining sauce on top of shells.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
