Giant Shells With Meat

  1. In frying pan, brown ground beef and onion in oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine beef and onion with bread crumbs, eggs, Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. In the meantime, cook shells according to package instructions.
  4. Fill each shell with meat filling.
  5. In baking dish, spread sauce on the bottom.
  6. Arrange filled shells in single layer.
  7. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
