Beef Oriental Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in uncovered skillet at 325u0b0.
  2. Remove any excess grease.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, water chestnuts, pimento, celery soup, milk and soy sauce; stir to blend.
  4. Bring just to a boil; cover.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer.
  6. Heat 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce to "warm" setting and garnish with chow mein noodles for serving.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
