Pizza Primavera
- 1 prepared pizza shell (Boboli)
- chopped green pepper (or sliced)
- chopped yellow squash (or sliced)
- grated carrots
- chopped zucchini (or sliced)
- black pitted olives, halved
- sliced fresh tomatoes
- grated Italian cheese
- shredded Mozzarella
- tomato sauce
- Italian seasonings
- Spread shell with sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch rim around edge. Carefully layer the veggies, except for the sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place Mozzarella over top (be generous).
- Place tomato slices on top of this.
- Starting with outer ring and working inward, sprinkle with seasonings and bake in oven according to package directions.
- Cheese should be melted and veggies tender.
- Enjoy.
