Creole Meatballs And Noodles

  1. Combine meat, stuffing, applesauce, salt and pepper in small mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 16 balls (about 1/4 cup each). Saute in hot oil in large skillet and push browned meat to one side.
  4. Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
  5. Saute until vegetables are softened.
  6. Add tomato paste, watter and oregano.
  7. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  9. Serve meat and sauce over hot noodles.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
