Mexicali Pizza Wheel

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) diced pimientos
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
- In large skillet, cook beef and garlic until brown; drain. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce and chili powder.
- Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
- Roll dough to 15-inch circle; place on greased pan. Form standing rim of dough around edge.
- Cut x in center to form 8 wedges in center.
- Spread mixture evenly on dough; sprinkle with cheese, pimientos and chilies.
- Pull cut points of dough over filling; tuck under rim.
- Bake at 425u0b0 on low rack for 20 minutes.
