Summer Chicken Salad Sandwiches

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, scallions, parsely adn pecans.
  2. In a cup, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry. Mix the dressing with the chicken.
  3. Divide the chicken among the rolls.
  4. Place a nectarine slice in each sandwich.
  5. Serves 6.
  6. Per serving:
  7. 346 calories, 9 grams fat (24% of calories), 54.8 milligrams cholesterol, 405 mg. sodium, 4.9 g. dietary fiber.
