Grilled Pork Chops With Cilantro Salsa

  1. In a large bowl combine the cantaloupe, tomatoes, green pepper,
  2. limeade, onion, cilantro and salt. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  3. Season pork with pepper. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145u0b0. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.
