Chicken Waldorf Salad
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken breast
- 1 1/2 c. cubed red Delicious apple
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. seedless red grape halves
- 3 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 c. loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
- Combine
- first

- in
- a medium bowl; toss gently.
- Combine
- sour cream, yogurt and salt in a small bowl, stirring
- well.
- Add

- cream
- mixture to chicken mixture, tossing well.
- Place 1 cup lettuce on plate and top with 1 cup chicken
- mixture.
- Yields 5 servings.
