Creamy Orange Cheesecake
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. orange rind
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. water
- Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons butter; press onto bottom of a spring-form pan.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Combine softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Blend in milk, vanilla and rind.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
