Chocolate Brownie Pie
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. baking cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chocolate fudge topping
- Beat eggs in mixer bowl until fluffy.
- Add sugar and margarine; mix well.
- Sift flour, cocoa and salt together.
- Add to egg mixture, beating until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla.
- Spread into greased 8-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
- Pie will not test done in center.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into wedges.
- Top each with a scoop of ice cream.
- Spoon fudge topping over ice cream.
- Yield: 8 servings.
