Cioppino(Fish Soup)

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent.
  2. Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
  3. Add tomato and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and fish and simmer only until shrimp is pink and fish is cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in chopped clams with the juice.
  6. Turn off the heat; add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with lots of Italian bread.
  8. Pour soup over cooked angel hair pasta.
