Stir-Fry Sausage With Yellow Boiled Rice
- 2 c. yellow rice
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- a full length Pepperidge Farm sausage, sliced *
- 1 c. diced green peppers
- 1/6 slices tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. adobo seasonings
- 1 Tbsp. oil (vegetable)
- sliced sausage *
- Boil 2 cups of rice separately.
- In a separate pan, place sliced sausages.
- After, place sausage in a bowl.
- Then add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Then place the adobo, garlic powder, black pepper and the salt.
- Then add the onions, the green peppers and tomato.
- Stir a little and then add your 6 ounces tomato sauce. If you want more sauce, add 6 ounces of water.
- Add sausage.
